LESSON LEARNED: When I first married my husband, my inlaws gave me some grief one day that I was the first person to marry into the family that was not of German ancestry. Well folks, I’m NOT the first person to marry into the Hiser clan that has no German roots!!!

This prompt has me wondering about the dna for my family simply because all we know before the early 1800's is French, French and more French. Other than that I have Aboriginal ancestors entering in to the family in the 1800's.
